What materials do you use in your candles and home scents?
We use 100% domestically grown soy wax, premium fragrance oils infused with essential oils, and lead-free cotton wicks to ensure a clean, non-toxic burn for your home.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
All orders are handcrafted in small batches. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our reach to bring ROAM Homegrown to more countries in the near future.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your scent. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.
Can I reuse the candle jars?
Absolutely! Our glass and ceramic vessels are designed to be repurposed. Simply clean out the remaining wax with warm, soapy water and use them as planters, pencil holders, or storage jars.
Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes, all ROAM Homegrown products are 100% vegan and we never test on animals. We are committed to ethical sourcing and sustainable production practices.
